How quickly do you prepare quotes?
Standard quotes are sent within 24 hours. For more complex projects, preparation may take up to 48 hours.
Can you provide a sample?
Yes, for larger projects we're happy to create a sample or proof for a symbolic fee.
Do you provide installation?
Yes, we have our own installation team with extensive experience in both interior and exterior applications.
Do you work on weekends?
Normally no, but for urgent jobs we are available on weekends. Contact us in advance.
What file formats do you accept?
Preferred: AI, EPS, PDF with embedded fonts
Also accepted: PSD, INDD, JPG, PNG (high resolution)
Do you accept card payments?
Unfortunately, we don't accept cards, but payment by bank transfer, QR code, or cash is possible.
